RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For undamaged or unworn items of clothing which are in resalable condition with tags still in place we are happy to offer an exchange, only within 14 days with receiving the order, you'll also need receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately Mazza Apparel do not offer refunds as of yet.

To ensure smooth return/exchange products must be:

1. In resalable condition
2. Tags still in place, unremoved and undamaged
3. No stains or odours
4. In original packaging  

 

You must contact us prior to making a return or exchange. Responsibility for shipping will be on the customer. Returns must be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (e.g. royal mail 48 hour tracked). We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
